Add a "Sync Now" button#57

I am using this app on 3 devices. Often it would not automatically upload to iCloud, the app needs to stay open for too long for it to work. Every time I have to go to the settings and puch the “Sync Recent Changes” button. I have to do it every. single. time. Please either fix how often in sync (must be instantanious) or add this button next to strike days count with a leaf.

I have a similar problem, I use the application with premium, on 3 devices, mac, ipad and iphone, and I see that they are synchronized and with icloud activated, and all the services active, but when I do my exercises on mac, it does not synchronize with it iphone, it appears as not done, having to do them on the iphone again, to solve it, I have to create a backup copy of the iphone in icloud, and from the other 2 devices import this copy, and it is not the correct way, for that there is icloud.
